Tell Us About a Problem

Last updated: October 2026

Personaldocente Septic wants homeowners to receive fair, honest treatment when contacting the service. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page describes how to submit a complaint and how it is handled. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience reaching Personaldocente Septic by telephone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal details
  • Site information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The behavior of a provider you reached through our service

Problems With Provider Work

Providers in our network run separate businesses. Their quotes, charges, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a concern involving septic, sewer line or plumbing work, it usually makes sense to approach the provider first. Keep a written record of the issue and discussion.

Please tell us as well. Your feedback helps support honesty within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Personaldocente Septic cannot resolve contractual disputes, refund payments for provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Submit your complaint to contact@personaldocente.lol with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number dialed or form submitted, if you recall it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • An explanation of the problem and the action you want us to take

How We Handle the Complaint

An email acknowledgment will usually reach you within a few business days. We will examine the situation, possibly discuss it with the provider, and respond with our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, the state licensing board or local health department may offer help too.
