Understand Our Role and Website Limits

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before using personaldocente.lol. It serves as a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Referrals, Not Property Work

Personaldocente Septic markets referral services connecting homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. Tank pumping, septic system and drainfield repairs, sewer line fixes and all other plumbing work fall outside our role. An independent provider performs any work at your property.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

A referral does not endorse the provider. We offer no warranty concerning work quality, timing, price, results or availability in your area at a particular time. Providers bear responsibility for their licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Guidance Has Limits

Site content offers general information rather than plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Septic systems and sewer lines differ, so guidance suitable for one property may not suit yours. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Check the Written Price

Prices mentioned here describe typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Actual costs vary with the job, location, system design, soil and local permit requirements. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Coverage Depends on Your Policy

Insurance content is general information. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a particular problem. Your policy and your insurer's decision determine coverage. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or insurance agent.

Keep Clear of Sewage Hazards

Septic tanks and sewage present risks from harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Do not enter a septic tank or work near an open tank. Keep pets and children away from wastewater. Contact local emergency services first when life or safety is at risk.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Personaldocente Septic for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements.

Information May Contain Errors

We seek to maintain accurate, current website information. However, we offer no warranty that the content is complete or without errors.
